Who loves a High-Top!?! It's the classic and the new rolled up in one! You can't go wrong wearing art on your feet. Combine a high-top shoe with art and you're gonna stand out from the herd. No boring designs from computer generated Blah, Blah, Blah. Just my art to your feet. That's right. I put it on canvas and then I have it printed on ... Yes!... a high-top sneaker!
Inspired by Maddie! She asked for Green and Red and Black. Challenge accepted and TaDa! Sounds easy right? Well…it wasn’t. This is the second try at making something that felt right to me. (I reworked the first one three times, before starting this one.) I had to have some canvas showing through to make the red and green stand apart. I felt like it needed some mark making to create the black with a different depth. My tool of choice is charcoal pencil. Then I thought, it needed more Maddie. I thought of loving kindness. So, I added in some universal symbols of hugs and kisses and heartfelt inspirations. It all merged together with the right energy and gave me three fun designs. Thanks Maddie! I hope you like it.
